The villas are new and have plenty of space between them, but what sets them apart are the grounds and being situated in such a beautiful course.

All the gardens are very well maintained and the villa grounds blend seamlessly into the golf course grounds that surround them.
The pools have an excellent view of the course. There are two sides for the villas: one facing the fairway and the other overlooking a lake and course.
The villas are located far into the Loch Palm course grounds, so the villas are very quiet with no outside traffic or noise.

These villas are distinguished by their location, which is right in the middle of the Loch Palm golf course. Their large pools and patios take good advantage of the location, with clear views of the surroundings.
The villas themselves are built around a large central room containing the living room, kitchen, and dining area with the two bedrooms branching off from either side.
While the furniture and villa itself is not luxurious to the same extent that many of the properties on the island are, it offers a good value if you’re into golf or plan on spending most of your time in the pool.
