All the villas have a similar design and layout around the central lagoon, with the pool facing the lagoon and the master bedroom on one side. The other bedrooms are on the second story.
Surin Springs is located in its own private development with 24h security.
The lagoon is the nicest feature on the grounds. It’s quite large and provides a nice public area that opens the entire space up. It’s also nice in the sense that while it provides a nice view and open area, people aren’t going to walk or bath in it, so you’re assured of a bit of space in your own area.
You can see how most of the pools are built overlooking the edge of the lagoon. They’re not in an infinity pool style, but it does give a nice illusion of size. However, there is a limited amount of privacy in the pools because all the units look out over the central lagoon.
The gardens surrounding the central lagoon are nicely maintained and offer a good bit of separation between the different villas so that, while the pools aren’t private, the view is also blocked a bit by trees, bushes, and flowers.
The entryway and public area are fairly unspectacular. The entrance is large enough and easy to navigate though. It’s down a quiet soi, so there shouldn’t be any problems with traffic noise and it’s only a few hundred meters from the downtown. so shopping is convenient as well.
